I'm using black drum, a cousin of the ever popular redfish, but feel free to use your favorite (flounder, snapper, or tuna, etc.). I urge you to visit CRAVE and mix your own dressing, but a traditional oil and vinegar will work with this. Be sure to serve the greens ice cold. I’ve kept my salad ingredients basic, but feel free to add ripe tomato, cucumber, or whatever is fresh and tasty.
